Sept. 21Jonathan Jimenez, age 25, of Staten Island, New York, was sentenced to two years probation, random urine testing, TASC evaluation and follow recommendations, perform 50 hours of community service and pay $955 fines and fees.
On July 31, 2018, the defendant pleaded guilty to Possession of a Defrauding Device, a crime of the fourth degree.
Sept. 24Juan Chaname-Millett, 29, of Dover pleaded guilty to theft, a crime of the fourth degree.
Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 19.
The defendant admitted going into the open safe at Quick Chek in Hopatcong and taking two bags containing money from the safe.
