The 3rd Bourbon, Barbeque & 9 n Dine Golf Tournament at the Black Bear Golf Club featured a special attraction, a whole barbequed alligator.
The presentation of the alligator by the Black Bear Food & Beverage staff headed by Anthony Lagana included the alligator with a barbequed chicken in its mouth.
Much of the success of the popular Bourbon, Barbeque and 9 n Dine event can be credited to the friendly members of the Food and Beverage and Black Bear golf staff.
To add to the fun of the event a 9 n Dine golf tournament was played featuring a two-golfer team scramble.
At the end of the competition the team of Bob Coletti and Tammy Sampson were the winners with additional prizes awarded to Andrew Zaleski for his closest to the pin performance on hole #5 and Kevin O’Conner for his tee shot on hole #7. Additional prizes were awarded to Dylan Hyer as the winner of the Putting Contest, Lou Ortiz as the winner of the Flight Scope Contest and Frank Santoloci as the winner of the Velcro Chipping Contest.
