John McCann is running for Congress

Do Sussex County residents that receive the Advertiser North realize that John McCann is running for congress as a Republican on Election Day? I started noticing front page articles on the democratic candidate for congress in your magazine recently and thought this was an effort to provide free advertising for the candidate your editor obviously prefers.
In my opinion these articles were not front page worthy but certainly gave more name recognition to one candidate over the other. My purpose for sending this letter to the editor is to let my fellow readers know that the Republican candidate is John McCann and, in my opinion, will support the people of Sussex County better than his opponent.
I urge everyone to look at the political positions of each candidate and vote for the person who would be best for Sussex County. John McCann has only raised about $500,000 in campaign funds, and more than half of that are loans to himself, while his opponent has raised over $5,000,000.
The constant front page coverage of the Democratic candidate is extra advertising and salt on the wound for John McCann. My purpose for writing this letter to the editor is to inform Sussex County residents that John McCann would have also provided the obvious efforts that this magazine deemed front page worthy and more. John McCann's votes in Congress would be more in line with the value of his constituents, the residents of Sussex County.
John McCann's opponent consistently voted unsuccessfully against the recent reduction in federal income taxes and has also voted to support sanctuary cities and other benefits for the people entering and staying in our country illegally. Remember the name John McCann on Election Day and vote for the candidate who would vote on important issues the way you would vote.
