SUSSEX COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S REPORT

Oct. 17Sarah Leyendecker, 26, of Lincoln Park pleaded guilty to conspiracy and burglary, third-degree crimes, and false swearing, a fourth-degree crime.
Sentnecing is scheduled for Dec. 7.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to conspiring with another to enter a vacant Wantage home on Jan. 22, 2017. The defendant further admitted to making false statements while under oath.
The case was investigated by Tpr. B.A. Wawzyanick of the New Jersey State Police and Detective Dean Voris of the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office.
