Local attorneys present at state bar meeting

SPARTA — Laddey Clark & Ryan, LLP Partners Thomas Ryan and Thomas Prol spoke on business litigation and shareholder oppression last week as part of a panel at the New Jersey State Bar Association Mid-Year Meeting in Rome.
They took part in a program educating attorneys entitled “Mastering the ‘Secret Sauce’ in New Jersey Equity Courts,” in the Chancery Division that was held at the Westin Excelsior Hotel.
