Crystal Springs announces New Year's program

HAMBURG — Crystal Springs Resort is the place to ring in the New Year with celebrations for everyone — from family-friendly events to parties for 21 and over!
For those celebrating with their families, Crystal Tavern and Emerald Ballroom at Grand Cascades Lodge and Diamond Ballroom, Copper Room and Kites Restaurant at Minerals Hotel will host dinners and parties for all ages.
At Crystal Tavern and the Rotunda, there will be a cocktail reception with a premium open bar and passed hors d’oeuvres from 8-9pm, followed by a sit-down dinner and dancing at 9pm (ages 12+ $155, kids 4-11 $55).
The Diamond Ballroom will offer two seatings for a family-style buffet at 5-8pm and 9pm-1am. Both include DJ, cash bar, dancing, games, roaming magician, balloon artist and more! The late seating also includes a family party from 11 p.m. until 1 a.m. with a midnight Sundae Bar, hats and noisemakers, big screen TV to watch the Times Square ball drop.
The early seating is $85 for 12+ and $35 for 4-11, and the later seating is $95 for 12+ and $50 for ages 4-11. The Copper Room will serve a family-style buffet from 8-11pm with DJ entertainment, a cash bar and dancing ($45 for 12+, $25 for ages 4-11). Kites Restaurant will serve a five course meal with a cash bar ($95 for ages 12+, $115 including optional wine pairing, $25 for kids 11 and under). Plus, those seated after 9 p.m. and 21+ may stay at their table until midnight without paying the $25 cover charge for the Kites Bar New Year’s Eve party.
Grand Cascades’ Emerald Ballroom offers two options to celebrate. From 6:30 p.m. until 1 a.m. on New Year’s Eve, there will be a ballroom family party with a cocktail reception and premium open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a lavish sit-down dinner and dancing at 7:30 p.m. with live entertainment by TOTAL ECLIPSE ($155 for ages 12 and over, $50 for kids aged 4-11). On New Year’s Day, there will be a grand brunch serving cheeses and veggies, soup, a seafood bar, a hot and cold buffet, carving stations, and dessert station – plus champagne & mimosas! Brunch is $42.95 for ages 12+ and $19.95 for ages 4-11 with a cash bar available as well.
For those 21 and over, Springs Bistro, Restaurant Latour, Kites and the Biosphere will offer various events. The Biosphere will be hosting an After Glow Party from 9 p.m. unitl 1 a.m. with DJ, dancing, live entertainment, passed hors d'oeurves and an appetizer buffet from 9-11 p.m., a premium open bar, midnight champagne toast and big screens TVs to watch the Times Square ball drop. Springs Bistro will serve a 5-course Italian dinner with two options for early seatings at 5-7:30 p.m. and 5:30-8 p.m., and two options for later seatings at 8-10:30 p.m. and 8:30-11 p.m. $235 per person for dinner, live entertainment plus entry to the Biosphere party. Restaurant Latour will pull out all the culinary stops with a 5-course dinner in its exciting new setting. The early seatings are from 5-6 p.m. and late seatings are at 8 p.m., 8:15 p.m., 8:30 p.m., 8:45 p.m., 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.
