Annie Palmer coming to Garden of Life

WANTAGE — Bioacoustic therapist, Annie Palmer along with her percussionist husband, Jim, will be celebrating the Winter Solstice with a vibrational sound bath at Garden of Life Massage & Yoga Center in Wantage this Friday, Dec. 21 at 7 p.m.
The Winter Solstice has been celebrated since ancient times as it promises the gradual return of the sun after a prolonged period of darkness.
Attendees will celebrate with the sacred sounds of crystal singing bowls and bells, drums and rattles, chimes and gongs. Using these powerful harmonics and the high frequency energy of the heart chakra, we’ll call to our ancestors, the plant and animal beings, and all of nature, inviting them to join us in a circle of love and light, prayer and synergy to bring forth the full power of this beautiful moment when the darkness subsides and the New Light begins.
