— Proving that you never knows where the road will take you, Vernon Township High School alum Michael Feuhrer (Class of 2010) stopped by his alma mater right before Christmas break to share his “magic bus,” letting students tour his creation.
Feuhrer renovated an old school bus into a wood-paneled mobile home with a full-size kitchen, converting it to run on vegetable oil and solar panels installed on his roof. Founder of Navigation Nowhere, he travels to trade shows around the country showing his “tiny house on wheels,” teaching many who dream of living in a tiny home how to purchase and renovate their own bus.
