    Dec. 14, 2018Krystyn Romuald, 35, of Landing was sentenced to three years of probation with conditions of probation comprised of drug treatment, a mental health evaluation, 100 hours of community service, and payment of fines and fees.
    On Oct. 22, 2018, Romualdo pleaded guilty to one count of Hindering, a fourth-degree offense and one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Heroin), a third-degree offense. Romualdo admitted to hindering her own apprehension by providing false information to a law enforcement officer and to being in possession of 20 bags of Heroin.
    Jan. 25Kayla Talmadge, 26, of Hawlye, Penn., was sentenced to 18 months in New Jersey State Prison with credit for 76 days already served. She must also complete drug treatment, submit DNA sample, pay $2,910.88 restitution (joint and several with her co-defendant) to the victim, and pay $205 in fines and fees.
    She pleaded guilty on Dec. 10, 2018, to tampering with Physical Evidence and Obstruction Administration of Law, both crimes of the fourth degree.
    The defendant wrapped money, from an Andover burglary committed by a co-defendant, in a towel and hid the money in a closet.
    Christopher Morey, 33, of Bangor, Penn., 18 months Probation on condition he complete 30 days SLAP, undergo any evaluation(s) ordered by the Probation Department and follow all recommendations, maintain employment, undergo random urine monitoring and pay $162 in fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on Dec. 10, 2018, to making terroristic threats, a crime of the third degree.
    In August of 2018 the defendant threatened an individual with murder in Andover Township.
    Jan. 28David Corcoran, 36, of Hamburg pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of a credit card, a third-degree crime, receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree crime, and failure to turn over a controlled dangerous substance, a disorderly persons offense.
    Sentencing is scheduled for March 15.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to receiving and using a stolen credit card at a Lafayette gas station on Aug. 27, 2017.
