Miners planning job fairs

    The 2018 Can-Am League Champion Sussex County Miners are announcing that there will be two job fairs this spring. The Miners are looking for candidates to join the organization in a wide variety of gameday positions and internships for the 2019 season. Along with seasonal positions, the Miners are also seeking a full-time sales associate.
    "The bedrock of everything we do is our staff. From taking tickets and serving hot dogs to hosting our on-field contests and working in our front office, everybody lives and breathes to treat our fans like family," Sussex County Miners General Manager Justin Ferrarella said. "Along with creating a championship caliber environment at the ballpark for our fans and business partners, we're equally as committed to giving our interns hands-on experience so they're always learning. On our team, everyone is encouraged to contribute."
    Both fairs will be held at Skylands Stadium. The first fair will take place on Friday, March 15 from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. and Saturday, March 16 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The second will happen on Friday, April 12 from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday, April 13 from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.

    Internships (Digital Media, Marketing, Media Relations, Broadcasting and Community Relations)
    Concessions Staff
    Box Office Cashiers
    Game Day Staff
    Security Personnel
    EMS
    Maintenance Staff
    Mascot Team Members
    Retail Staff
    Bat Boys/Bat Girls
    Clubhouse Attendants
    Street Team Members
