    Feb. 22Quentin Mancuso, 69, of Brooklyn was sentenced to 364 days in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility with 71 days' credit for time served.
    In addition, Mancuso is ordered to pay $205 in fines and fees.
    On Jan. 15, 2019, Mancuso pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to Fraudulently obtain a prescription, a fourth-degree crime.
    Mancuso admitted to conspiring to fraudulently obtain a prescription for promethazine with codeine from Weis pharmacy in Newton.
    Mancuso was represented by Shaun Russell, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Shaina Brenner.
