Master Yoga teacher coming to Garden of Life

WANTAGE — Master Yoga Teacher, Raji Thron, of Yoga Synthesis in Ramsey will be teaching a Vinyasa Flow Yoga workshop on Sunday, March 24, at 12:30 p.m. at Garden of Life Massage & Yoga Center in Wantage.
Raji has studied extensively with numbers of prominent yoga instuctors such as Pattabhi Jois,Richard Freeman, Dharma Mittra. Gary Kratftsow, John Friend and many others. Raji's creative unique style is expressed in his dynamic flows and active holds. His depth of knowledge of various styles of yoga and the creative combinations of these styles has lead him to be known throughout the area as a leader in innovative and creatively inspired Hatha Yoga.
Yoga experience is suggested for attendance. The cost of the workshop is $29. Raji has published a Vinyasa manual. Copies will be available at the workshop.
