Vinyasa Flow Yoga Workshop on March 24

Master Yoga Teacher, Raji Thron, of Yoga Synthesis in Ramsey will teach a Vinyasa Flow Yoga workshop at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday March 24, at Garden of Life Massage & Yoga Center in Wantage.
Rajistudied extensively with numbers of prominent yoga instuctors such as Pattabhi Jois,Richard Freeman, Dharma Mittra. Gary Kratftsow, John Friend and many others. Raji's creative unique style is expressed in dynamic flows and active holds. His depth of knowledge of various styles of yoga and the creative combinations of these style has him known as a leader in innovative and creatively inspired Hatha Yoga.
Yoga experience is suggested for attendance. Cost to attend the workshop is $29. Raji has published a Vinyasa manual. Copies will be available at the workshop.
