    Jim DiZenzo, 59, of Vernon, N.J., passed away on April 24, 2019.
    Jim was born in Tacoma, Washington to the late Louise DiZenzo (nee Dente) and the late Antonio DiZenzo on October 19, 1959.
    He lived in Paterson and Fair Lawn, NJ before moving to Vernon Twp. 27 years ago. Jim earned his BA from FDU. Jim was in the wholesale business which led him to travels to China, Hong Kong, Italy and all across the United States. Jim led a full life of coaching all his children in baseball, basketball and soccer for many years, as well as volunteering as a CCD teacher at St. Frances de Sales and his community. He touched the lives of many young people along the way. In 2009 Jim was blessed with a double lung transplant. Later in his years he especially enjoyed lending a helping hand and his expertise to his wife’s retail store in Warwick, N.Y. In his spare time he enjoyed cooking and playing cards with his friends.
    Jim is the beloved husband for 37 years of Annette DiZenzo (nee Wiencek). He is the loving and proud father of their four children Matthew, Danny, Andrew and Kristi. He leaves behind many family and friends.
    In lieu of a wake and funeral, there will be a mass followed immediately by a repass at St. Francis de Sale Church, Vernon on Friday, May 3 at 2 p.m. Please join us in remembering and celebrating the life of Jim DiZenzo.
