    Lindsey Hutchinson, 36 of Dingmans Ferry, Penn., was sentenced to two years of probation. Her driver license was ordered suspended for six months, and she is required to pay all mandatory fines and fees.
    She pleaded guilty on March 11, 2019, to possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third-degree crime, and possession of drug Paraphernalia and theft, both disorderly persons offenses.
    The defendant took a guitar on May 27, 2017, in Frankford Township. Also, the defendant was in possession of Buprenorphine and drug paraphernalia on March 16, 2018, in Sparta Township.
    May 3
    Dariel Raclowski, 42, of Vernon, was sentenced to two years of probation. She was ordered to complete 50 hours of community service work and pay restitution of $5,000 and fines and fees totaling $155.
    She pleaded guilty on March 11, to Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, a third-degree crime.
    The defendant used an individual’s debit card information to withdraw cash from the individual’s account on several dates in November 2016.
    Andres Chavarria, 43, of Wayne, was sentenced to two years of probation and to two consecutive 180 day sentences, for a total of 360 days, in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility for two Driving While Suspended convictions to run concurrently with 180 days in jail for Driving While Intoxicated, a third offense. He received credit for eight days of time served. He must utilize an ignition interlock device for three years and was ordered to pay $1,705 in fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on Oct. 10, 2018, to two counts of driving while suspended, a fourth-degree crime, and driving under the influence (third offense), a motor vehicle offense.
    On April 7, 2018, and April 28, 2018, Chavarria was stopped by Andover Township Police officers for motor vehicle violations. The defendant drove on both dates while his driver license was suspended for a second offense of driving While intoxicated and drove on April 7, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol.
    May 6
    Samantha Humienny, 24, of Paterson, pleaded guilty to one count of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third-degree offense.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of Heroin on August 29, 2016 in Vernon, New Jersey.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for June 13, 2019.
    Mark Autore, 40 of Hardwick, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, a third-degree crime.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for June 21, 2019.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to using physical force against officers of the Hopatcong Police Department to prevent arrest on Feb. 3.
    The case was investigated by Patrolman E. Janosko and Patrolman R. Bosland of the Hopatcong Police Department.
