    David J. Corcoran, 30, of Highland Lakes pleaded guilty to one count of defrauding administration of a drug test, a third-degree offense.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted that on August 1, 2018, he defrauded the administration of a drug test that was administered as a condition of probation supervision by providing a urine sample that was not his own.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for June 28.
    May 17
    Tonia Wydner, 48, of Dingman's Ferry, Penn., was sentenced to two years of probation and was given credit for 19 days of time served. She was ordered to submit to a substance abuse evaluation and follow any and all recommendations made from same and pay restitution of $3,594.10 and fines and fees totaling $155.
    She pleaded guilty on Sept. 4, 2018, to conspiracy and shoplifting, third-degree crimes.
    The defendant conspired with another to take and actually steal merchandise from the Hampton Walmart on April 23.
    Sarah Leyendecker, 27, of Vernon, was sentenced to two years of probation and 90 days in the Sheriff’s Labor Assistance Program with jail credit. She was ordered to submit to a TASC evaluation and follow any and all recommendations made from same, abide by an 11 p.m. curfew, make restitution of $2,400 and pay fines and fees totaling $405.
    She pleaded guilty on Oct. 17, 2018, to conspiracy and burglary, third-degree crimes, and false swearing, a fourth-degree crime.
    The defendant conspired with another to enter a vacant Wantage home on Jan. 22. The defendant also made false statements while under oath.
    Dion Osborne, 37, of Newton was sentenced to three years of probation and 180 days of home detention. His driver license was ordered suspended for a total of seven months, and he was ordered to successfully complete a defensive driving course and 12 hours at the Intoxicated Driving Resource Center. He must submit to a TASC evaluation and follow any and all recommendations made from same, obey all motor vehicle laws, abstain from drugs and alcohol, and pay restitution of $12,196.37 and fines and fees totaling $1,844.
    He pleaded guilty on March 18 to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime, and driving under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (1st offense), a motor vehicle offense.
    The defendant was in possession of and under the influence of heroin while driving on October 16, 2018, in Wantage Township.
    David Washer, 34, of Paterson, was sentenced to two years’ Probation concurrent with Passaic County Drug Court Probation. He was given credit for 19 days of time served. He was ordered to pay restitution of $497.97 and fines and fees totaling $155.
    He pleaded guilty on April 1, 2019, to shoplifting, a crime of the fourth degree.
    The defendant took merchandise from the Newton Weis on January 10, 2019, without paying.
    May 20
    Jimmy Blades, 34 of Newton pleaded guilty to burglary, a third-degree crime.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for July 12.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to entering an individual’s vehicle in Newton on Nov. 28, 2018.
    The case was investigated by Patrolman Russell Post of the Newton Police Department.
    Susan Malvasia, 67, of Hamburg pleaded guilty to one count of Assault by Auto, a fourth-degree offense. She also pleaded guilty to the following Motor Vehicle violations: Driving Under the Influence (third offense), two counts of driving while Suspended,refusing a breath test, and leaving the scene of an accident.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for July 12.
