    Todd Lovelace, 55 of Greentown, Pa., was sentenced to two years of probation. He must also complete a substance abuse evaluation, follow all recommendations thereof and pay fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on April 1 to possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third-degree crime. During a motor vehicle stop the defendant was found to be in possession of CDS.

    He pled guilty on April 1, 2019 to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime. During a motor vehicle stop the Defendant was found to be in possession of CDS.

    Joseph J. Krenicky, 48, of Glenwood pleaded guilty to endangering the Welfare of a Child, a crime of the second degree and Invasion of Privacy, a crime of the third degree. Sentencing is scheduled for July 26, 2019.
    The defendant was hired as an electrician to perform work on the victims’ property. During the course of the defendant’s work, the defendant secreted a spy-camera disguised as a portable power bank in the bathroom of the residence without the victims’ permission or knowledge. The spy camera captured and recorded videos of the victims in various states of undress, including one victim who was under the age of 18.
    The case was investigated by Det. Steven Deckert, Tpr. Damian McCarthy, and other members of the New Jersey State Police, along with Det. Thomas Laird of the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office High-Tech Crimes Unit.
    Kyle Gonzalez, 32, of Haymarket, Va., pleaded guilty to two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a crime of the second degree.
    Gonzalez admitted to showing two minors pornography for a sexual purpose.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 9.
