    Vincent Parziale, 55 of Sussex, was sentenced to two years probation and a six month loss of New Jersey driving privileges. He must submit to a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations thereof, and pay mandatory fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on April 15, to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime and Driving While Intoxicated. After police were dispatched to Sunrise Mart/Gulf gas station for a report of property damage, Parziale was found to have driven under the influence and to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
    June 10
    Timothy MacDonald, 32, of Stanhope, pleaded guilty to burglary, a crime of the third-degree and theft, a crime of the third degree.
    Sentencing is presently scheduled for Aug. 2.
    The defendant admitted to taking a 1999 Ford Ranger from an Hopatcong parking lot without permission. He then drove it to an East Orange Train Station where it was later recovered.
