The Sussex County Library System announced an expansion of its Museum Pass Program.
“First we’d like to acknowledge the generosity of the Morris County Parks Commission for providing free passes to their historical sites for all six library locations,” stated Library Director Will Porter. “Each pass allows up to two adults and three children free admission to Cooper Gristmill, Fosterfields Living Historical Farm and Historic Speedwell.”
“Our Friends groups have also been very generous in purchasing new passes for all our patrons to use. Passes to the Intrepid and Storm King Arts Center are available at the Sussex-Wantage branch; and the newly formed Friends of the E. Louise Childs Library recently purchased passes to the Morris Museum, Montclair Art Museum and Newark Museum.”
Museum passes are available, free of charge, to all Sussex County Library cardholders ages 18 and above. Passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be reserved in advance by calling or stopping by the host library. All passes must be picked up and returned directly to the lending location. A full list of lending locations, passes and admission details is available online at sussexcountylibrary.org/museum-passes/.
