Susan J. Fells, 56, of Sussex, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a crime of the third degree.
Sentencing is presently scheduled for Aug. 16, 2019.
The defendant admitted she was in possession of Cocaine and hypodermic needles while she was a passenger in a vehicle during a motor vehicle stop by New Jersey State Police. She also admitted she was in possession of hypodermic needles during another motor vehicle stop in Franklin.
July 8
Michael Szczepanski, 50, of Brooklyn, N.Y., pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, a third degree crime and one count of Public False Alarm to Law Enforcement, a fourth-degree crime.
On July 8, 2018, Szcepanski admitted to 9-1-1 Dispatch and State Police on scene to possessing a BB pistol without first having obtained a permit to carry. Szcepanski also placed a call from his cell phone to 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System without purpose of reporting the need for 9-1-1 service.
July 12
David Corcoran, age 30, of Highland Lakes, was sentenced to 2 years’ probation with conditions of probation comprised of TASC evaluation, a mental health evaluation, 50 hours of community service, and payment of fines and fees in the amount of $1,155.
Corcoran admitted that on Aug. 1, 2018, he defrauded the administration of a drug test that was administered as a condition of probation supervision by providing a urine sample that was not his own.
