Join a brunch, movie, and a chat with the fabulous “Trans Fran Sisco" at the TriVersity Center for Gender and Sexual Diversity, 201 West Harford St., Milford, Pa., which will screen two of her films at noon on Sunday, Nov. 10. See her award-winning documentary shorts, “Happy Trans Girl Like Me” and “Being A Trans Girl," then listen as she recounts her journey from CPA at Price Waterhouse to filmmaker and answers questions from the audience. Once strictly a left brain finance guru, Fran transitioned nearly nine years ago and embraced her creative, sensitive right brain. She now balances her financial savvy with her talents as a comedian, “singer," songwriter, actor, playwright and filmmaker. Brunch will be provided. Admission is a small bag of canned goods or $5 to support the food pantry at Holy Counselor Lutheran Church in Vernon, N.J. Space is limited, so an RSVP is recommended to TriVersity via Facebook messenger, or to steven.c.teague@gmail.com.
