Anniversary party

The Littell Center in Franklin celebrated its 10th anniversary with activities for children, including crafts projects such as the one that 7-year-old Christopher Masciarelli from Stockholm worked at. Eight-year-old Jessica Ross of Hardyston joins in the anniversary celebration by having her face painted by Pennywhistle the Clown. Sen.
