The High Point Concert Choir sang in a benefit concert Dec. 8 at Carnegie Hall in Manhattan.

“Christmas with Tim Janis and Special Guests” featured a variety of solo artists plus a 150-voice choir made of high school singers from four New Jersey schools, including High Point Regional High School.

The Voices of Hope Choir performed an arrangement of “Silent Night” conducted by the composer, Christian Kolo.

The chorus also served as backup to soloists Ben Rector, Lisa Fischer, Tom Rhoads, Loreena McKennitt and others.

The Chesapeake Youth Symphony Orchestra provided accompaniment for the concert.
