Friends of the Dorothy Henry Library will once again be offering a Book Sale on Friday, Nov. 22 and Saturday, Nov. 23, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

The sale provides visitors an opportunity to peruse the library's collection of used books, but also provides a chance for the community to donate.

Donations for the Friends of the Library Book Sale are welcome and needed and may be dropped off through Wednesday, Nov. 20 during regular library hours.

The library welcomes donations of the following items in good condition: Children and adult paperback and hardcover books, DVDs, audio books and music CDs. The library cannot accept videotapes, encyclopedias, textbooks, condensed books, magazines or items in poor condition. Donations are to be packed in small boxes or double-strength grocery bags.

There will also be a bag sale on Saturday afternoon from 1 until 3 p.m. and the library will be supplying the bags once again this year.

All proceeds from the sale will be used for community programs and special items to enhance the Dorothy Henry Library.
