Rolling Hills Primary School is the featured "Art Program of the Month" at the Vernon Board of Education office.

Presented by art teacher Joanne Portner, the display shares "Minion Cousins" designed by second graders. The students studied cartoons and compared them to portraits, heard about scissors safety, and learned cutting techniques for rounded shapes.

They used colored paper and art tape to create their own minion cousins.
