Vernon. Vernon Night Out is scheduled for Aug. 3 at Maple Grange park from 6-9 p.m.
Vernon Night Out will be a free, fun, family-friendly event that promotes health and wellness with community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. Bring a blanket or chair and enjoy exciting activities such as music, foot darts, laser clay game, a petting zoo, craft for children, and so much more
Local initiatives and organizations will be joining the event as well to spread awareness and engage the community. These include: Vernon EMS, Vernon Fire Department, CLEAR, Operation Helping Hand, Vernon Coalition, Vernon PAL, SCA, Vernon Recreation, Center for Prevention and Counseling, Pledge 2 Pause, and so much more.
