Stanhope. All are welcome to celebrate the birth of Jesus at an old-fashioned outdoor Christmas Eve celebration. Join the congregation at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 24, for hot cocoa, Christmas carols, and a Devotion by Pastor Tim. Children will enjoy a few surprises, and the evening will conclude with a candlelit singing of “Silent Night,” followed by Holy Communion. The church is located at 525 Waterloo Road in Stanhope. Park in the main Waterloo lot and follow the lights to the church. The gathering will be in the decorated church parking lot, with all wearing masks and socially distant.
