Vernon. The Vernon Township Woman’s Club participated in the Family Promise of Sussex County online auction fundraiser by donating a collection of scratch-off tickets valued at $100. Club members Arleen Hill (left) and Joan Danaher display the lovely basket they assembled for the auction. Throughout the years, the Woman’s Club has been a strong supporter of Family Promise, which helps homeless and low-income families achieve independence through community support.
