Robert Barrale-Decker, 25, of Vernon, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime.
Sentencing is anticipated for Jan. 30, 2020.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of heroin on Aug. 28, 2019, and Oct. 29, 2019, in Vernon.
The cases were investigated by Patrolman John Gales and Patrolman Matt Hackett of the Vernon Township Police Department.
Larry Martin, 39 of Wanaque, pled guilty to fraudulent use of a credit Card, a third-degree crime.
Sentencing is presently anticipated for Jan. 31, 2020.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to using a company issued credit card to make personal purchases between April and September 2019.
The case was investigated by Detective Keith Curry of the Vernon Township Police Department.
Christopher Candido, 27, of Hopatcong, was sentenced to three years in New Jersey State Prison.
He was ordered to pay $205 in restitution and $2,280 in fines and fees. He was given credit for 203 days of jail time and 36 days of gap time.
He pled guilty on Nov. 19, 2019, to fraudulent use of a credit card and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, both third-degree crimes, Joyriding, a fourth degree crime, and to violating his probation.
The defendant took an individual’s vehicle without permission, used that individual’s bank card to withdraw funds from her bank account on Aug. 31, and was in possession of 14 folds of heroin at the time of his arrest.
