The Heroes for American Red Cross is an annual effort to support the American Red Cross.

Glen Meadow Middle School has been asked to participate in this year’s efforts by Dr. Howard Burrell, former Sussex County Freeholder and the 2012 Campaign Chairperson for the Heroes campaign.

The Glen Meadow Middle School students will sponsor several in-school fundraising activities as well as seek local community assistance. Anyone willing to assist is encouraged to contact Stephen Brazanskas, faculty advisor to the GMMS Heroes Campaign, at sbrazanskas@vtsd.com or by contacting the Glen Meadow Middle School directly at 973-764-8981.

The students hope to raise more than $1,000 by March 30th and community assistance is greatly needed.

Glen Meadow Middle School will also be hosting its 4th Blood Drive of the school year this coming March 22 from 3:30 to 9 p.m.

For further information or to schedule a donation contact Stephen Brazanskas at sbrazanskas@vtsd.com.
