'Bike Night' for veterans

Augusta — The Sussex County Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Senior Services, Municipal Alliance, and the Veterans Committee will be sponsoring “Chatterbox Bike Night” on Thursday, August 24, 2017, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Chatterbox Restaurant, located at One State Route 15, Augusta, NJ.
Veterans will be given the opportunity to become better informed about services available to them through the Veterans Administration, Sussex County agencies, and other local service organizations. Agencies participating in the “Chatterbox Bike Night” include the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Catholic Family & Community Services, Supportive Services for Veterans Families (SSVF) Program, Sussex County Division of Senior Services, Sussex County Municipal Alliance, and the Sussex County Mental Health Board.
All veterans and the public are encouraged to participate in this informational event. Veterans will be given a $5 coupon to use toward the purchase of their meal during the event.
