Angela Pileggi, 33, of Sussex, was sentenced to four years non-custodial probation with credit for 60 days jail already served. She was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service, submit a DNA sample, follow any and all recommendations, and pay $1,205 in fines and fees. Her driving privileges were ordered suspended for one year.
She pleaded guilty on February 16, 2019, to two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a crime of the third degree.
The defendant was in possession of a controlled dangerous substance on February 3, 2018, in Wantage Township and March 5, 2018 in Hardyston Township.
Lance Miley, 36, was sentenced to two years of probation. He was ordered to submit to a TASC evaluation at Probation’s discretion and follow any and all recommendations made from same, submit a DNA sample and pay fines and fees totaling $155 and joint and several restitution of $163.30. He was given 26 days of jail credit.
He pleaded guilty on March 28, 2022, to Criminal Mischief, a fourth-degree crime.
The defendant damaged property of another in Newton on January 9, 2022, in excess of $500.
