Vernon seniors thank community for event

I would like to extend my thanks to all those who contributed, donated food, and their time to plan, solicit, decorate, set-up, serve and clean up for our Vernon senior citizens on April 24. This is the 31st year the Vernon Senior Citizens Association has held this event and it just gets better every year!

Our guests were treated to a performance of "Beauty and The Beast" by our high school theatre department, followed by a bountiful buffet dinner held in our cafe.

We extend our thanks to the local restaurants and business that supported and donated so graciously: Bella Vita, Blackstone Pub, Blissful Bites, Brookside Florists, CJD of Warwick, Crystal Springs, Dairy Queen, DJ Jim Hill, Double S Diner, Edible Arrangements, Ferguson Funeral Home, Frank's Pizza, The George Inn, Gianna's, Market Place Deli, Highland Flowers, Highland Lakes General Store, Holland American Bakery, Italian Villa, Lake Wanda Store, Lakeland Bank, Lox of Bagels, Milano's, Nino's, Paesano Pizza, Party Personnel, Pizza Pro's, Place by the Tracks, Shop Rite of West Milford & Warwick, Smokey's, St. Francis, Storbeck & Smith's Cakes, Sussex Queen Diner, Tony's Pizza, Vernon Diner, The students and faculty of Vernon schools and finally all the parents who help make this possible. All your efforts came together for a great evening of community spirit and celebration.
