Donna R. Maroney

Donna R. Maroney, age 55, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2014 at Newton Medical Center.

Born and raised in Jersey City, Donna lived there before moving to Sussex County. She had been employed by the Social Security Administration in Jersey City for many years and had been curently working at the Newton office. Donna was a former member of St. Anne's R.C. Church in Jersey City, where she was very active in many church activities. She was predeceased by her father, Thomas Lisa.

Donna is survived by her husband, Michael, of 38 years; her son, Thomas Vincent of Vernon; her mother, Clair Bryant of Jersey City; her brother, Patrick Lisa of Jersey City; and her two sister-in-laws, Carol Rice of Orlando, Florida and Dorothy Socienski of Rochelle Park.

A memorial Mass will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 28, 2014, at Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, 1219 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094.
