YMCA to host final swim tryouts

HARDYSTON — The Sussex County YMCA swim team tryouts will host final tryouts Aug. 3 and 8 at the facility.

The competitive team environment provides a supportive and wholesome social outlet while encouraging teamwork, camaraderie and friendship.

The cost will be $10 new swimmers and $5 for returning swimmers, who must demonstrate appropriate practice and readiness skills, stroke technique, speed and endurance to be considered for the team.
