Highland Lakes couple announces engagement

Mark Gemeinhardt and Teresa Noa of Highland Lakes announced their engagement, which began on Aug. 2, 2015.
Noa is a college graduate with a degree in business administration and a well respected bank manager of Spencer Savings Bank in Bergen County. Gemeinhardt is a certified sprinkler fitter and is employed with Cerullo Fire Protection, Inc. for more than 10 years.
