Dorothy M. Doty

Dorothy M. Doty, age 94, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 17, 2016, at Andover Subacute and Rehab Center. Born in Wantage to the late Fred and Nina Van Horn, Mrs. Doty had lived in Sussex County all of her life. She had been employed by Morley's Shirt Company in Franklin and retired from Ames Rubber in Wantage. Mrs. Doty was predeceased by her husband, Harrison Doty, and her sisters, Amelia Raser and Vera Demerest.

She is survived by her sister, Freda Demerest of Andover; her caregivers; her niece, Florence Presher of Sparrowbush, N.Y., and her nephew, Richard Demerest of Wantage; and many nieces and nephews.
