Teresa (DiPasquale) Wisher, of Wantage, N.J., passed away at the age of 96 on Jan. 27, 2016. She was born and raised in Paterson, N.J. She married Arthur Wisher, with whom she had one child, Diana. She was a seamstress for many years, walking to work every day to support her family. She loved music, living in the country, and always joyfully attended the activities of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She had the pleasure of living with her daughter, son-in-law and her family since 1976. In 1979, they moved to Wantage, N.J., where she remained for the rest of her life. In that time, she helped to care for her three beloved granddaughters. By doing so, she allowed her daughter and son-in-law the opportunity to further their educations while raising a family. She was a great mother and mother-in-law.

Her granddaughters are grateful for her always being there whether at the bus stop in the morning, or in the kitchen after school. Grandma Terry was a rich and invaluable part of their lives. She prepared many meals and taught them the family recipes, history and traditions. She never missed a concert, recital, performance or milestone in their lives.

She lived to see all of them marry and have children of their own. They blessed her with eight beautiful great-grandchildren. She very much enjoyed attending the dance, theater and musical performances of her two eldest great-granddaughters and inspired them to do their best. She enjoyed interacting with her younger great-grandchildren and watching them grow and learn. All of her great grandchildren had a meaningful relationship with their "Beda". She was proud of all of them.

Until her last breath, she was loved and cared for in her daughter's home. With the aid of hospice care, she was made comfortable and well cared for. She left this world holding the hands of her two eldest great-grandchildren, Daniella and Gwenevere, surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her daughter Diana (Wisher) Constantino and her son-in-law, Arthur Constantino of Wantage, N.J. She leaves behind her grandchildren, Gina (Constantino) Sudol, and her husband, Robert Sudol, of Grafton Mass., Melissa (Constantino) Lackey and her husband, Jacob Lackey, also of Grafton, and Donna (Constantino) Ingemi of Hatfield, Pa.

She is also survived by her eight amazing great-grandchildren: Daniella Digges, Gwenevere & Alyssa Sudol, Deacon, Teresa (named for her), Rebecca, and Owen Lackey all of Grafton, and Lilla Ingemi of Hatfield, Pa. Surviving nieces and nephews are Mary Lynn Sensale of Wantage, Joseph Palanchar of Oakland, and George Dipasquale of Totowa, as well as several grand-nieces and nephews. She truly was the matriarch of the family.

Visitation will be Sunday, Jan. 31, from 2-5 p.m. at the Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home 241 Route 94, Vernon, NJ (GPS use 1 Vanderhoof Ct.). A Mass of Christian Burial Service on Monday, Feb. 1, at 11 a.m. will be held at St. Anthony's Church, Paterson N.J. Internment Services will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully ask for donations to either The Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice (99 Sparta Ave. Newton NJ 07860) or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place Memphis TN 38105).
