Andrew and Donna Heule of Vernon announce the birth of their first grandson, Emmett Matthew Heule, to their son, Matthew, and daughter-in-law, Jayme Heule, of Madison, N.J. Emmett was born on Jan. 4, 2016, at 5:05 a.m.; weighing 7 pounds, 7 ounces.
