    Caroline T. Johnson, 91, died Thursday July 28, 2016, at the Sussex County Homestead in Frankford Twp. Mrs. Johnson, daughter of the late Thomas and Veronica Kotnok was born in Franklin, N.J., Aug. 3, 1924. She grew up in Franklin and had resided in Wantage Twp. for most of her life.
    Mrs. Johnson worked at Picatinny Arsenal during WWII. She also worked at Cardinal Coat Factory and later retired from Morley Shirt Co. in Franklin where she was a seamstress. She was an active bowler in the former Sussex and Franklin bowling leagues and helped with the junior bowlers.
    Mrs. Johnson was predeceased by her husband Donald E. Johnson in 1973, a brother, Joseph Kotnok and a sister Helen Gerstmann. She is survived by her 4 sons, Roger Johnson and his wife, Jo Ann, of Wantage, Thomas Johnson and his companion, Marcia B. Lancaster, of Raleigh, N.C., Donald Johnson Jr. and his wife Debbie of Beckley, W.V., and Mark Johnson and his wife, Donna, of Bloomington, Ill.; 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and several nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Ferguson Funeral Home 27 Third St. Sussex. Interment will follow at Clove Cemetery, Wantage.
