Allen D. Fisher, Jr.

Allen D. Fisher, Jr. age 61, passed away on Friday, Oct. 19, 2018, at Newton Medical Center. Born in Pequannock to the late Allen D. Fisher, Sr. and Eleanor Hand Fisher, Allen has lived in Franklin for most of his life. Allen worked at Vibration Mountings and Control in Bloomingdale before he retired. He was an avid bowler. Allen was predeceased by his wife, Karen Lambert Fisher on March 19, 2015;his grandson, Shawn Scribner on May 30, 2016; and his sister, Patricia Dorst. Allen is survived by his two sons, Christopher and Patrick Fisher both of Franklin; his daughter, Stephanie Lambert of Sussex; his brothers, Robert Fisher of Syracuse, New York and Anthony Fisher of Franklin; his five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. The family plans to have a memorial celebration of Allen’s life on Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Sussex Fire Department, 25 Loomis Avenue, Sussex.
