Dierdre J. Moore of Hampton Township, N.J., passed away peacefully at her home with her loving family at her side on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021. She was 57.
Born in Sommerville, N.J., she has resided most of her life in Hampton Township
Dierdre was a graduate of the Newton High School class of 1984. A happy and loving woman, Diedre enjoyed her many family vacations, especially Florida and Disney World. With her zest for life, Dierdre enjoyed a good meal and deserts of any kind, spending time with her family as well as watching her favorite TV show, “Dark Shadows.”
She was predeceased by her loving father, Francis T. Moore, in 2018. She is survived by her cherished mother, Edith D. (nee Minnerly) Moore, of Hampton Township, N.J.; brother. Sean F. Moore. and his fiancé. Karen Kosciuch. of Midland Park, N.J.; aunts, Evelyn Amabile and Lucille Lyons; uncles, Leslie and Albert Minnerly; as well as her many cousins.
Visitation was held Jan. 27 in the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home, Newton, N.J. Committal prayers were held Jan. 27 in the Northern New Jersey Veterans Cemetery Sparta, N.J. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice (karenannquinlanhospice.org).
