Dr. Joanne Schaper, West Milford’s music Supervisor, conducts the combined bands-West Milford Highlander Band, Macopin 7th Grade Band, and the combined fifth grade elementary school bands for the last time as she is retiring at the end of the school year. Schaper started All District Band 15 years ago which has grown into a showcase of music and art for West Milford.
