Big chance for small things

SPARTA — A chance to shop for exquisite holiday antiques and collectibles, mostly no bigger than 6 inches or stocking-stuffer size, will take place on Saturday, Dec. 19 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lake Mohawk Country Club. Vintage items, including silver, home and personal accessories, antique jewelry and other smalls will be on sale at the first show featuring only small merchandise. Many interesting and unusual small objects, usually one-of-a-kind will replace the no antique furniture aspect. There will be many local antique dealers present. Christmas and winter theme figures, sports memorabilia and toys of yesteryear can also be found at this event. It’s open to the public and admission is free. The room is handicap accessible.
