Chamber choir will perform concert

Sparta — The NJ Conservatory’s Chamber Choir, in partnership with Sparta United Methodist Church’s music ministry, will present a concert of ‘Sacred Choral Music Throughout the Centuries’ at the church, on Sunday, May 31, at 7 p.m. The concert will benefit the church’s music ministry. The evening’s music menu will include virtually every genre of sacred music including hymns, madrigals, gospel, folk tunes, memorials - and some surprises - dating from the 16th to the 21st century.
