Church welcomes young new members

Andover — On Pentecost Sunday the Andover Presbyterian Church welcomed into membership six young people of the Confirmation class. The three young ladies and three young men did their study of church membership under the leadership of the Rev. Mark D. Smith. The class was made up of the following youths: Jodie Fry, Jessie Thomson, Annaliese, Jack Gilbert, Trevor Hartmann and Bobby Sperling. All youth took part in various parts of the worship service. A reception in their honor followed in the Fellowship Hall after the worship service, was hosted by their parents and the Christian Education Department of the Sunday School.
