Equine author to sign her children's books at Sparta Books March 20

Local author Diana Tuorto will sign copies and read from her three children’s novels at Sparta Books on Saturday, March 20 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuorto’s books are told from horses’ points of view and are appropriate for ages eight to 14 and up. Proceeds from the signing will be divided among the following horse rescues and charities: Mylestone Equine Rescue in Phillipsburg; Somerset Hills Handicapped Riding Center in Oldwick; ReRun Thoroughbred Adoption in Helmetta; and Lifesavers Wild Horse Rescue and Return to Freedom Wild Horse Rescue, both in California.
