Happy Father's Day, Dad! Let's do something fun

Take Dad on a hike this Sunday Ringwood — Leave the housework and home repair behind. This special outing is so dads and their families can spend quality time together. Led by a Weis naturalist, this moderately paced, 2-3 mile hike in Norvin Green State Forest is recommended for families with elementary-aged kids and above. Appropriate footwear is required; bring a lunch and plenty of fluids. The cost of the Father’s Day Hike is $8 per person, with a $3 discount for members of the New Jersey Audubon Society—Dad’s are free with a paid registration. The hike starts at 9:30 a.m. and goes to 1:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. To register, call the Weis Ecology Center at 973-835-2160.
