Kids and adultsprepare for your auditions
Pompton Lakes Smiling Rhino Theatre will be holding auditions for two upcoming performances, Annie Jr. and Guys and Dolls. Annie Jr. is for children and teens ages 7-17. There will be two casts and the performances will be held Oct. 2, 3, and 4, 2009. Auditions are scheduled for Aug. 19 and 20, from 5-7 p.m. Please be prepared to sing a song that shows your range and personality. There will also be reading from the script and a movement audition. Bring a headshot. Auditions for the popular Broadway musical Guys and Dolls will be Sunday and Monday, Aug. 30 and 31 from 7 to 9 p.m. Shows will be Nov. 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 2009. This is an adult cast and Smiling Rhino Theatre’s season opening performance. All roles are open. Please be prepared to sing a song that shows your vocal range and personality and provide your own sheet music. There will be readings from the script and a dance audition.
