Let's go to the Greenwood Lake carnival

    Greenwood Lake, N.Y. — The Greenwood Lake Lions Club will sponsor a carnival by Gillette Shows at the DePaulis field adjacent to the CVS parking lot, Windermere Ave., Greenwood Lake, from Thursday, May 28 to Sunday May 31. There will be carnival rides for adults and children, food and games. The carnival begins on Thursday and runs from 6-10 p.m. on Thursday and Friday night. On Saturday and Sunday, the carnival will be open from 1 to 10 p.m. Pay one price bracelets will be from 6-10 p.m. on Thursday, from 1-5 p.m. on Saturday, and 1-7 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are also sold at a cost of 50 cents each and books of tickets are discounted. The Lions Club raises funds to support sight, vision, and hearing programs. The Greenwood Lake Lions support the police and fire departments, the volunteer ambulance corps, scouting, softball programs, little league, medical alerts, the food pantry, and scholarship funds.
